- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand seasons (Diwali, Eid, New Year), dispatches may experience slight delays due to order volume.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery timelines post dispatch are:

The choice of courier depends on the serviceability and reliability for your delivery location.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery executive may contact you via phone.
- After unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:
- We will contact you for reshipping instructions.
- Re-shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
7. Address Accuracy
- Customers must ensure that their shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correctly entered at checkout.

8. Delay in Delivery
